Higher Weddicott Barn is a beautiful barn conversion on the outskirts of Chagford in the Dartmoor National Park, close to the river Teign.

Originally built in the 1700s, this ancient granite barn has preserved much of its Dartmoor threshing barn character while adding contemporary elements for couples, friends and children to enjoy; a variety of things to see and do await in a magnificent area of Devon.The property also benefits from a private supply of Dartmoor spring water (purified and regularly tested).

A picturesque town at the northern point of Dartmoor National Park in Devon. Chagford, one of the five Stannary towns of Dartmoor, is small in size but is packed with amenities and things to do. There is a wide range of shops as well as four pubs. Chagford also has more active facilities such as public tennis court and a seasonal, open-air swimming pool to enjoy at your leisure. It is a town of great history, home to the Three Crowns Hotel which dates back to the 1200's.
