Plus the on-site swimming pool, hot tub, table tennis and tennis courts were great and the grounds were so well kept - we were thrilled to see bullfinches and squirrels coming on to the patio. Also in a great position minutes away from a lovely beach with excellent café, the coast path, eateries in the next village and loads more in Falmouth itself, and plenty of activities and visitor attractions within easy reach. The Property

On the hillside above the beach, the prestigious Maenporth Estate is a classic modern development with large indoor heated swimming pool (50’ x 23’ x 3’3” to 6’6” deep), jacuzzi (for over 11s), sauna, table tennis, pool table and two tennis courts in 30 acres of landscaped gardens with large barbecue area, woodland walks and children’s play area, all for your use. No extra charges for leisure facilities. The sandy beach and excellent restaurant, about 5 minutes’ walk down a steep hill. No caravans, camper vans, vans or commercial vehicles permitted on the site; dinghy park available. An excellent, warm and comfy all-year-round base for walking, leisure activities and lovely gardens. We let nine houses and apartments, within the Maenporth Estate, a semi-detached house, comfortably furnished and immaculately maintained. Although the gardens are communally owned, clever use of hedges and flowering shrubs gives good privacy. Hall. Light and fresh open-plan living/dining/neat kitchen (dishwasher, washer-drier, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric cooker) with TV/DVD and French windows to private patio and lawns. Shower-room (suite with large shower). Upstairs, two bedrooms - a double (5' bed) with TV and pretty view, and a twin; bathroom (suite, shower over bath). Discount available for two week bookings (please ask us).







Maenporth: romantic, spectacular cove beach with wooded cliffs managed by the Maenporth Estate with scuba school, beachside café and award-winning bar/restaurant. Mawnan Smith (pub, shops), 1 mile. Falmouth, 2¼ miles. Watersports, golf, riding and fishing available locally; many beautiful gardens within easy reach.
