The Property

2½ miles inland from lovely Porthcurno beach, tucked away on private farmland, a little semi-detached cottage converted from a barn. Small patio and seating area (table/chairs) to the side. Outdoor space for your bicycles and surfboards.

Small step up into kitchen/dining room (washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric cooker) with tiled floor and small table/chairs. Step down (curtains) into cosy living room with 6'3" ceiling, electric fire and TV/Sky/DVD. Stairs up to two bedrooms (limited clothes-hanging space) - a double (bed accessible from one side only) with electric fire, and a room with 3’ bunks. Shower-room (suite). A cosy cottage close to lots of beautiful beaches and excellent for walkers to explore the South West Coast Path and nearby Poldark locations of Porthgwarra and Penberth.

Porthcurno: small village (pub, beach café) with gorgeous, fine, soft, white sand beach washed by a sea that turns turquoise in the sun, sheltered by high cliffs either side: an oasis of stunning natural beauty. On the cliffs, the internationally renowned Minack Theatre and the Telegraph Museum telling the story of Cornwall’s pioneering role in global communication. Penzance, 10 miles.
