Smart kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, freezer, larder fridge, electric oven/induction hob, iPod dock) with door (5'4" lintel) to back garden; back lobby with room to play, hooks for coats and space for walking boots/wellies with door (5'2" lintel) to back. Narrow, steep stairs (stairgates) up to three bedrooms - a roomy double (5' bed with footboard), a twin, and a twin (truckle) with hooks for clothes-hanging; large bathroom (suite, shower over bath) and neat shower-room (suite). At the back, utility shed (washing machine, tumble drier). A gem of a cottage with a pleasant, wooded level lane walk to pub/shops (remember torch).
