    • “The cottage is lovely. Modern, bright, clean, well equipped and with a great layout perfect for a family. It's on a working farm too so our girls loved waking up to baby lambs every day! Vanessa and Adrian are very welcoming. We appreciated the cream tea left out for us on the first day! Vanessa also took us around the farm on a little tour which the girls loved. Would highly recommend this cottage as a base for exploring both Devon and Cornwall. Hope to go back one day soon!”

    Miss Dunkin, Sevenoaks, February 2019

    • “Wonderful location, a beautiful rural farm with very lovely warm and generous owners. We could not ask for more.”

    Mr Mitchell, Maidstone, September 2018

    • “The Barn was excellent, spotlessly clean, nicely furnished and had all equipment one could expect to need. The hosts were welcoming, responsive and very helpful.. Would not hesitate to recommend.”

    Mr Willis, CRAWLEY, September 2018

    • “This cottage is truly fantastic. It is spacious well equipped and spotlessly clean. The owners are very friendly.”

    Mrs Theakstone, GOOLE, August 2018

    • “I would be happy to recommend this property as the hospitality of the owners was excellent and they were extremely friendly. One criticism would be how the garden is portrayed on your website. It looks a lot bigger in the literature than it really is and this can be very disappointing for prospective clients - a clearer picture of the garden would be helpful. With the deposit of £100, we are still awaiting this and wondered if you have any news. An email would be useful. Many Thanks”

    Mrs Jones, Harwich, July 2018

    • “Orchard Barn was beautiful! Vanessa and Adrian were really lovely people. They had prepared us a lovely cream tea on our arrival. The place was spotless and extremely well kept. We had the most relaxing stay. We will definitely go back again.”

    Mrs Gaymer, Poole, June 2018

    • “Wonderful week - owners were so lovely and friendly, cottage was beautifully clean, really well equipped and comfortable - would definitely recommend!”

    Mrs Lean, CHRISTCHURCH, April 2018
