    “Stayed a week and could have stayed much longer .”

    This is an exceptional property and if you are looking at this property do not hesitate to book - you will not be disappointed. The quality and layouts well designed and the location is fantastic.. If you have a dog, this is for you. It is dog friendly and has local walks and its own secure exercise area. The garden is secure for children and pets. Organised a Waitrose delivery on arrival and a great local shop in the village. We will book this property again if and when we return to the area ...

Guests will love the luxury of this location which combines the simplicity of rural life with easy access to the South Cornish coast path and beaches. The beautiful creeks and woodlands of the Helford are under a ten minute drive. You can hire a motor boat, kayak or dinghy, explore the Helford Passage on water and stop for a sumptuous seafood lunch and a refreshing hand-crafted Cornish ale at the waterfront Ferryboat Inn. For traditional beach days out, the beautiful sandy cove at Maenporth is a short drive away and perfect for swimming, sun-bathing and rock pooling.
