The property

Superbly located for beach and walking holidays all year round, Waters Edge is a contemporary second floor apartment that is perfect for a seaside break on the coast of Newquay.

Upon entering the apartment, you will be immediately drawn towards the impressive full length balcony that hosts uninterrupted sea views across the Great Western Beach and beyond.

Finished with a comfortable seating area and sunbeds, this outdoor area is perfect spot to unwind with a good book or glass of wine while the calming sound of rolling sea waves fills the ambiance.

The living room boasts an open plan layout, with the well-equipped kitchen resting behind fitted with a gleaming all white overtone that really brightens up the space.

The generous master bedroom offers a pleasant sleeping environment with the bifold doors that lead out onto the patio, as well as the convenience of en-suite facilities.

The second bedroom comes as a zip/link but can be arranged as a king-size double or two single beds for added flexibility.

Concluding the interior, the ample bathroom hosts a bath with stand in shower, WC and basin.

With The Great Western Beach on your doorstep, why not test your hand at surfing with the Newquay surfing school that offers lessons for all ages and abilities.

In and around the town you will find an abundance of quality restaurants, bistros and cafes for all tastes – for a special occasion book a table at the Lewinnick Lodge, where you can enjoy some fine dining amongst panoramic sea views on the Pentire headland.

The charming fishing village of Padstow lies a short drive away, while a similar distance away is the thriving city of Truro that hosts shopping delights and magnificent museums.

An attractive apartment in a great location to enjoy the wonders of Newquay or Corwall in general.
