    • “Really enjoyed our stay at rock pools. The flat was comfortable, clean and very peaceful. Perfectly situated for exploring the area!”

    Mrs Sanderson, September 2018

    • “The fan in the bathroom made a lot of noise so we had to issue it. In the dishwasher was neither salt nor rinse aid. We then bought salt since there was nothing. The pots and pans are not suitable for the gas stove and looked accordingly. New, suitable cookware would be urgently needed. The Teflon coating was totally scratched. Otherwise the apartment was very nice and we would recommend it.”

    Mr Achilles, July 2018

    • “Excellent Situation. You can drive down to the beach, unload passengers and beach gear, drive back and park, then its a short walk without stuff to carry. Good local general stores & facilities”

    Mr Harse, Belper, July 2018

    • “We had a fantastic time at Rockpools - definitely helped by the exceptional weather! Porthtowan is a brilliant holiday destination, the beach is just stunning. Perfect location for discovering both north and south Cornwall. The flat itself was exceptionally clean, all mod cons provided - the only constructive feedback I could give is that the extractor fan in the second bathroom is extremely noisy, and the mattresses and pillows provided were very firm. It would have been nice to have an outdoors space but being a first floor flat we knew this wasn’t possible. All in all highly recommended.”

    Mrs Maudsley, Leeds, July 2018

    • “Location was great, though the hill to get to the apartment gets steeper during the week, and late at night (or is that a result of the Blue Bar by the beach?) Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, but there is no phone signal and the Wi-Fi was not great.”

    Mr Partridge, Derby, June 2018
