The property

A luxurious coastal home with direct access to the sandy beach below and one of the best views that Cornwall has to offer!

If it is location you are looking for, then this is truly special.

Set within a private headland estate, Seascape sits in a unique cliff-top position with views over Porth Beach and the dramatic North Cornwall coast.

Sand, surf and a stunning coast path are on the door step and no better place is there to appreciate the luxury of the location than from the private seaward facing decked patio.

Soak up seaside calm and sensational views as waves lap against the shoreline beneath or slip down to Porth Beach via private steps from the grounds at low tide.

The beach is excellent for families with soft sand and rock pools for children to explore.

Life guard patrol operates during the main season and there are beach shops, cafe's and a beachside pub/restaurant.

The walking along this stretch of coast is amazing!

Scenic foot paths trace the coastline west to Watergate Bay, home to Wax Watergate Bay Restaurant, and east to Lusty Glaze Beach.

Visitor hotspots at Padstow, St Ives, Port Isaac and Boscastle are within easy driving distance and present fun day trip ideas for a memorable holiday experience. Return from sandy escapades to this privately-owned beach retreat, refurbished from top to toe to an excellent standard.

Step inside and first impressions are beach-chic!

Rug topped wooden flooring, weathered furniture, contemporary art, porthole mirrors, ornaments from the ocean, bold nautical cushions and a neutral colour palette captures a sophisticated seaside spirit.

Bathed in coastal light, the open plan living room has glazed doors to the decked patio.

Kick-back on plump settees, admire the glittering seascape, spot marine wildlife including dolphins and seals and watch illuminating sunsets.

There is a snug double bedroom and pristine shower room on the ground floor.
