The property

Offering complete relaxation, Sunset View is a stunning property that rests in a quiet residential area of Porth with mesmerising sea views between Watergate Bay and Newquay.

An ideal break for families or two couples, the house is designed in an ‘upside down’ style with contemporary touches throughout.

The ground floor is occupied by the three bedrooms ranging from a super king-size double with zip/links beds, a further king-size double and finally a single bedroom with an additional pull out bed ideal for children.

Also on the the ground floor is the sparkling kitchen completed with gleaming white units and integrated appliances along with the ample family bathroom.

Make your way up to the first floor and you will find the highlight of this property - a stunning open plan living room.

With panoramic sea views from the juliet balcony and a comfortable seating area, this room is the perfect place to relax.

On a warm day, open the bifold double doors for a stunning backdrop whilst you enjoy a meal at the elegant dining table.

Completing the property is the beautiful Scandinavian hot tub which is uniquely heated by a log burner beneath.

For a lovely day out, Porth Beach is only a 5 minute walk away while the Historic Porth Island is also closeby and offers picturesque sea views from many points.

Walkers will be happy to know that there are plenty of coastal walks between Porth and Watergate Bay.
