    “An absolutely outstanding property.”

A huge apartment over two floors of the Old Hotel. Beautifully furnished with lovely attention to detail and felt like a loved home. It had everything you needed and more. An exceptionally well equipped kitchen, lots of living space. We loved the conservatory and the balcony which was my favourite area to sit in with beautiful views. A very comfortable lounge with a TV with sky, a wii console games and dvd's provided. A lovely stocked book cabinet. Beautiful clean, bright bedrooms with comfy beds, quality bedding and fluffy towels. The master bedroom suite was exceptional with idyllic views and a fabulous freestanding bath. Fans provided if it was hot, hairdryers, iron and ironing board, hoover. Everything you want a home to have. It's the little details, the little touches like their manuals on everything, their local walking books, make this property stand out. It definitely felt like a place with a heart that was loved. Our only negative was we needed a kitchen cupboard to put our food as they were all full with equipment and that on our second week we had noisy kids in the apartment above that jumped and ran around all the time so we couldhear all footsteps. However we had the most wonderful time and would highly recommend this accommodation and would most definitely return.

The property

Dazzling ocean views, a chic coastal interior and a Caribbean-like beach practically on the door step, Porthcurno Bay View has it all!

This beachside bolthole is located in Porthcurno, described by many as a paradise.

The picturesque village nestles in the fold of a valley on Cornwall's south coast just west of Penzance, and boasts sapphire skies, azure seas, powder white sand and an unhurried vibe.

Famed as one of Cornwall's premiere holiday destinations and an officially designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this holiday haven delivers recreation and relaxation in spades! A rare and very special place to stay, Porthcurno Bay View converted from part of the historic Porthcurno Hotel and is perfect for a romantic break, a laid-back jaunt with friends or for a traditional seaside family holiday.

The entrance is onto a seaward facing conservatory that is perfect for sunny breakfasts or seductive suppers.

Along with the wrap-around sun deck, it offers the best views over the valley to the sea.

The whole place oozes comfort and style.

A spacious dining room which affords fantastic coastal views; a sitting room furnished with big comfy sofas beside a mock wood burner and an enviably equipped kitchen fitted with a Smeg fridge and a Range are also on this level.

Upstairs is a master bedroom with a luxurious en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a third bedroom which can be presented as a double or a twin.

In warm weather set off with a picnic or a book to a quiet corner of the gardens or relax with a barbecue in the enclosed rear courtyard.

Walkers will feel the lure of the scenic coastal footpath, or visit The Minack, the outdoor theatre carved into the granite cliff face with stage set against the glorious panoramic backdrop of sea and sky.

The dramatic landscape at Land's End is a favored destination with attractions for all ages whatever the weather and surfy Sennen is an absolute must!
