    • “John Stackhouse apartment has a great vibe is a perfect place to relax, with wonderful amenities. The location of Acton Castle is rather special with sweeping views of the ocean, including St Michael’s Mount. Parking was easy, the kitchen had everything we refer, heating was great, shower was hot, beds were comfortable. We have already booked our return visit, what a magical discovery.”

    Mr Knight, Guildford, May 2018

    • “The Apartment itself was well appointed, clean and tidy with everything essential to enjoy the apartment - except for the 'click clack' waste in the shower room which would not close to enable basin of water. HOWEVER, the main problem is that there is approximately 1/3rd of a mile of rough track to negotiate on the only vehicular access to the property and it is felt that this should be mentioned on the web-site description because the pot-holed/gravel filled in nature of the track could stress the suspension & tyres of some vehicles or not be suitable for clients who suffer any form of back illness/disability due to the jarring ride. It is appreciated that this might put off some prospective clients but as per other properties which mention steps/stairs, no parking etc to make people aware before booking, it is felt that the nature of the approach 'track/lane/road should be mentioned as it did make us reluctant to venture out by car more than once a day. It is a shame as apart from this, the apartment and views are wonderful”

    Mr Wensley, Exeter, September 2018
