“Neptune Sky villa in St Ives is a beautiful, comfortable house, would definitely recommend it!”
We had a fantastic holiday and are hoping to book again for next year.
We had a fantastic holiday and are hoping to book again for next year.- Mrs Lebby, August 2020
“This was a lovely little house - and nicer than the photos suggested.”
Well equipped with a real homely feel. You could see the sea from the front of the house and it was a 15 minute walk to the harbour down hill and also conveniently just opposite a well stocked Spar shop. We were three couples with two cars and this house worked well for us.- Mrs Wright, March 2020
“A beautiful house , well equipped with everything we needed, a beautiful place ...”
A beautiful house , well equipped with everything we needed, a beautiful place to stay , loved st Ives and will be back next year- Miss Jones-barker, September 2019
“The house was ideal for a family holiday and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.”
The facilities were to a high standard and it is clear the owners have gone to a lot of trouble to ensure the property is well maintained. Would have no problem recommending this holiday home to anyone else that may be interested and would be happy to return in the future.- Mr Lightfoot, August 2019
“This having been our sixth visit to Neptune Sky Villa we already had the highest expectations as the property is always maintained and improved.”
Our recent visit exceeded expectations as the en-suite had been completely refurbished. Neptune Sky Villa is a credit to the owners and we look forward to future visits.- Mrs Dickins, July 2019
“The cottage is so well presented.”
Every little detail is thought of. From the minute you walk in it feels like home. The walk back from the town is interesting after a day on the beach but we did it every day, but shuttle bus and/or taxi are always available. Spar shop right opposite is also perfect. Would definitely book again and recommend. Thank you- Mrs Hunt, June 2019
“Lovely cottage, beautifully furnished, very well equipped and great location for the town and Southern Cornwall.”- Mr Read, May 2019
“Enormous care had obviously gone into the decor and furnishing of this holiday home.”
Very well equipped kitchen. Would certainly rent this cottage again.- Mrs Simpson, November 2018
“Fantastic holiday cottage, perfect location & nice modern amenities.”
Even a special touch leaving us some milk, tea, coffee & some biscuits, thanks for a fab holiday- Mrs Reader, August 2018
“We have stayed in the property on five occasions and have booked it for next year so we knew we could expect a very high standards in every respect.”
Thanks to you and the owners.- Mrs Dickins, July 2018
“23rd/30th June 2018 A fabulous spacious property with good quality beds & bed linen, a well equipped kitchen with everything you could ever need.”
Everything clean & furnishings to a very high standard. Private parking in St.Ives is such a bonus & a big plus for us. The only thing I would say is the shower of the master bedroom is so small we couldn’t use it as we couldn’t even stand up so we all used the bathroom downstairs which was no problem for us. We recommend Neptune Sky Villa Paul & Karen- Mr Townsend, June 2018
“A comfortable well equipped holiday home.”
We are four septuagenarians and found the location of the aptly named Neptune Sky Villa located on the top of an extremely steep hill rather challenging. A taxi from Royal Square was well worth £4 20. Always enjoy Cornwall. Will return.- Mrs Marston, June 2018
“Very easy to organise, all the information you could need and fantastic choice of properties.”
The cottage itself, Neptune Sky Villa in St. Ives, was magical and exceeded our expectations.- Mrs Bradshaw, June 2018
“Neptune Sky Villa is simply lovely.”
The house is beautifully finished with everything one could need for a perfect home away from home. Kim, the owner, is so helpful and welcoming. We just loved it and would highly recommend this property for anyone lookinvto enjoy stunning St Ives.- Mrs Ruscoe, May 2018
Clean, well equipped , spacious. Really enjoyed our stay- Mr Stevenson, April 2018
“Had a great holiday once again at this beautiful property, already booked for two weeks next year .”- Mrs Hodgson, August 2017
Wow - a gorgeous contemporary house situated in St Ives with dazzling sea views and the added advantage of ample parking and an enclosed private garden!
Named after the Roman god of the sea, Neptune Sky Villa oozes seaside chic.
Forget nautical stripes and boating emblems, the mood here is whites and colour blocking brights, fresh prints and sun-kissed wood finishes.
Porthmeor Beach is just a flip-flop stroll away and St Ives town with its colourful harbour which buzzes all year round is 15 minutes on foot.
Loved for generations, St Ives offers something for all tastes and ages.
Besides four world-class beaches, there are numerous shops, art galleries (including the famous Tate), restaurants and old inns in which to indulge.
The St Ives coast road, voted Britain's most scenic stretch of coastline, will transport you to surfy Sennen, legendary Land's End and The Minack Theatre (an open-air theatre constructed into a cliff face).
From this detached residence, guests will relish the far-reaching coastal views and the sheltered sun deck is a wonderful spot to relax and admire the seascape whilst seafood sizzles on the barbecue.
This is a top pick also for a winter break with full central heating and an open fire plus board games and books for stormy nights in.
There is a sleek bathroom and double bedroom on the ground floor which may suit guests with limited mobility.
Upstairs is an attractive twin and double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.
The views from the first floor bedrooms are beautiful, soaring over rooftops to St Ives Bay and far beyond.
On clear days it is possible to sight Trevose lighthouse which is some 25 miles distant on the north coast.

About the location
Penzance 6 miles.
One of Cornwall's prettiest harbour towns, St Ives offers narrow streets, tight-packed cottages nestling around the quayside, the Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth museum, fabulous beaches, superb shops, a thriving community of artists, great pubs and restaurants and much more. With its semi Bohemian lifestyle and romantic air, it's easy to see why this is the county's premier holiday resort. The surrounding area has much for the visitor to see and do with abundant wildlife, fabulous coastal walks, top quality surfing and the Celtic mysteries of the Land's End Peninsula are all within easy reach. A superb destination!
