The property

Set in the small hamlet of Tredinnick, near the coast of Cornwall, is this picture perfect detached cottage.

Throughout the home the colours are attractive, welcoming and in a-contemporary-style but with its inglenook fireplace, slate flooring, traditional low beams and large grandfather clock remains very much in keeping with the classic, period cottage-style.

Step into the sitting room where you can enjoy a relaxing evening together as a family and take advantage of the provided DVD player and bring all your favourite film classics to watch (there is also a wide selection of DVD's provided).

The kitchen is the real heart of the home, sleek and stylish, with contemporary fitted units and plenty of worktop space for preparing your meals, whilst the dining area is the perfect spot for those family gatherings over a well-deserved glass of wine.

Once the evening draws to a close, choose from two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room.

The bedrooms have a range of modern furnishings, which complement the light decor, and offer a cool and stylish space in which to rest.

Relax and have a luxurious soak in the tub with a good book.

Outside you'll find a peaceful, secluded country cottage garden with a patio area and a table and chairs to relax at and enjoy a refreshing drink.

Nearby is the The Camel Trail, a great way to bike or walk and explore the beautiful rolling countryside of Cornwall.

Popular nearby seaside towns such as Padstow, just 5 miles away are a must, the pubs and restaurants offer some of the best seafood in the region - straight off the boat.

Explore the iconic and beautiful area known as 'Seven Bays' with beaches aplenty, including Constantine, Harlyn, Treyarnon and Porthcothan Bay.

Enjoy a fabulous day out before retiring to your quiet sanctuary in this perfect part of Cornwall.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £100.
