  • “House was very comfortable - there were a few minor issues.”

Leaking shower tray we reported to the owners; other niggles like no loo roll holder in the bathroom, shower plug hole blocked until I unblocked it, wine glasses were dreadful and no bread knife in the kitchen, no local information provided. Apart from that all good

Thank you for taking the time to complete your feedback following your stay at Carn Heath. We have discussed the points raised with the owner who would like to confirm that there is a toilet roll holder in the bathroom, the glasses are standard wine glasses. The shower tray does not have a leak however the water can sometimes drip through at the bottom of the glass shower screen. The plugs are checked during each change over and would not have been blocked on your arrival. Thank you for flagging the missing bread knife, one was provided at the start of the season but appears to have gone walk about, this will be replaced for the start of the new season. There is lots and lots of local information and maps on the book shelf in the kitchen, apologies if you missed these. Despite the points raised we are pleased to hear, like all of our visitors to Carn Heath that you enjoyed your visit. Owner relations
