    “We had a fab week and loved the place, especially the hot tub and the peace.”

    It's in a lovely setting and plenty of areas for a nice walk I understand its to do with staffing especially when its so quiet but would of been nice if the bar and restaurant was open in the day. Even if was just to sit in and relax ( maybe the bar could have a pull down so doesn't need manning ) especially as we had guests visiting us for a few hours And maybe add a drinks vending machine especially as there's no shop to walk outside of the on-site shop opening hours. We would come ...

Part of the this 40 acre estate with fishing lakes, large restaurant, mini shop and children’s play area located in eay reach of Halwill Junction, Bella’s cottage is a sweet little couples pied-a-terre.

Located at the far end of the courtyard, overlooking the watergarden, the cottage makes a lovely choice for a couple who wish to come and enjoy the fishing facilities, or are looking for peace and tranquil setting to explore this beautiful region.

Access through the courtyard and up a short flight of steps, or 2 steps down from the rear car park.

Inside and you will find all you need for a comfortable self-catering stay.

An open plan living area with settee with TV with Freeview & Blu Ray, dining space and a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and 2 ring gas hob.

A shower room with WC and basin completes the ground floor interior.

The double bedroom is on a mezzanine first floor.

Outside you have your own enclosed patio garden with tables and chairs, a lovely spot to enjoy morning coffee whilst you take in the lovely sheltered water garden setting.

Onsite there are 7 well stocked fishing lakes and you need not step outside of the grounds as there is a super clubhouse onsite with a bar, restaurant and shop attached for your basic essentials.

Children can play in the outside play area and if you are staying with friends you can always meet up for evening drinks and a meal whilst enjoying the beautiful views from the clubhouse patio
