The property

Backing onto woodland and set overlooking a fishing lake, White Hen is a lovely ground floor lodge on this 40 acre estate in leafy mid Devon.

One of several lodges set a short distance from the main clubhouse and facilities.

Entry into a comfortable open plan living area with sofa and dining area.

To the side, the spacious kitchen allows you to take in the views whilst preparing meals or picnics.

To the rear, two lovely bedrooms with white linen and ample storage.

There is a family shower room.
