Trevose View is a big detached house in a spectacular position on the coast between Widemouth Bay and Bude, set back from the road which runs along the cliff tops between them.
Beautifully decorated and furnished, it is a wonderful single-storey family house for a seaside break.
From the terrace, slide open the glass doors into the large sociable open plan living space and your gaze will be drawn to the huge window which forms one end of the room and looks straight out to sea.
When you are not watching the sun on the waves, snuggle up beside the wood burning stove to watch TV, cook in the well equipped kitchen area and enjoy family meals around the dining table.
At the end of each day in the sea air, you will sleep well in the choice of five bedrooms which radiate off the central living space.
Surrounding the house is a large lawn with plenty of space to run, play and barbecue alfresco meals.
If you don't feel like cooking, a licensed restaurant is just a few minutes’ stroll away.
A longer walk, but no less enjoyable, is the stunning Coast Path which you can join just across the road from the house.
This will take you to the fabulous sandy beach at Widemouth Bay, one mile away, or to the lovely traditional seaside town of Bude in two miles.
This is excellent coast for surfing, bodyboarding, sandcastling, rock pooling and all sorts of fun family activities.
Widemouth Bay has restaurants and a pub, and you can try surfing lessons there too, and Bude offers a range of shops, restaurants, an indoor swimming pool and surf hire if you don't have space to bring your own boards.
Trevose View is in a perfect spot for enjoying the delights of this wonderful coastline.

About the location
Bude 3 miles.

Famous for its rugged coastline, tumbling surf and excellent walking, it’s the place to relax and unwind. Lively Bude, with its town, beaches, clubs, pubs and resort attractions is 3 miles away, while to the north the Coast Path winds its way over the cliff tops toward the lonely lighthouse at Hartland Point, and on to the beautiful cliff side village of Clovelly. Take the main ‘Atlantic Highway’ north from Bude and you’ll also pass the Big Sheep and Milky Way theme parks, both great days out.
