Outside, own enclosed lawned garden (table/chairs, barbecue), 3 steps up to games/laundry room (table tennis, air hockey, washing machine, tumble drier), and, down a field, two pretty ponds (fishing for tench, carp). Kentisbeare: attractive, thriving village (pub, PO/shop, church) in the middle of rolling farmland, and a gateway to the Blackdown Hills. Lots of footpaths and bridleways, fishing (also at Goodiford) and riding stables. Cullompton (market town) and the M5, 3 miles. Honiton, 9 miles; Exeter, 16; the south coast at Sidmouth, 17, and Exmouth, 21.
