    • “A beautiful house, very well equipped and very pleasant and helpful owners. Delightful area and Kentisbeare has two pubs offering good food and a very interesting church. Good starting point for trips out and we would highly recommend it.”

Mr Priest, St. Neots, December 2018

    • “There is nothing to be aware of was a beautiful house and a great way to spend a holiday with all my family.”

    Mr Harper, BIRMINGHAM, October 2018

    • “Very nice property in a good location. Ideal for large parties to celebrate something special.Host very welcoming and helpful.”

    Mrs Nurse, BRISTOL, September 2018

    • “Such a beautiful home in a beautiful location, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the Hayloft.”

    Mrs Finch, Melksham, August 2018

    • “The hayloft was in a very peaceful location, lovely and quiet. The owner made us welcome and very accommodating. The property made our visit to Devon nice and relaxing.”

    Mr Wall, Sutton-in-Ashfield, August 2018

    • “Cottage was beautiful, I expected it to be so and it was everything and more than I was expecting. Stuart was very accommodating, offering to keep an eye on the dogs if we wanted to leave them for a few hours and also asked us to call or see him if we wanted to know anything about where to go etc. We weren't the quietest group; celebrating a 30th birthday and an engagement all in one, but I never once felt that this affected Stuart and Jan who said hi every time we saw them. I thought we would make more use of the games room which is brilliant and had darts, books a ping pong table and also stuff for the kids (nit that we had any with us, but plastic kitchen play, skittles and probably more) but the house was so well suited for a social group, even though there were 12 of us, that we never did. I planned a skydive when I went as there is an airfield in dunkeswell 5 miles away so I would advise anybody to check that out! The only thing I think I would suggest is perhaps a sign for the hay loft at the guests entrance as I initially drove past maddocks farm as I was looking for the hay loft and then drove into maddocks farm having missed it, but the hay loft is immediately before maddocks farm. extremely minor point! I would love to book this place again!”

    Mr Drakes, Warwickshire, June 2018

    • “This was a magnificent cottage perfect for our wheelchair bound son. Well equipped, very comfortable and well placed for visiting the Devon coast. The owners Jan and Stuart were very welcoming and we loved the plate of home baked biscuits on our arrival. Thank you so much.”

    Mr Holness, GLOUCESTER, April 2018

    • “Lovely place to stay, really spacious and worked well with a disabled child in a wheelchair. The owners were really helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend. Thank you helpful holidays another great holiday!”

Mrs Richardson, BURY ST. EDMUNDS, April 2018
