The Property

The laid back living space on the ground floor incorporates a separate lounge, with Juliet balcony to take in the beautiful views, and brand new kitchen diner with patio doors to the front. Wetsuits, surfboards and bikes can all be stored in the useful utility room on the lower ground floor. There is also a games room with table football and table tennis for rainy days. The property is equipped with everything you could wish for,including 2 Smart TV's a Blue Ray player, WiFi and an X Box with games. A house for all seasons Avondale has an Airsource Heat Pump so you can be assured of complete comfort all year round.


Outside, a vast garden enclosed with fencing, offers security for families with plenty of space for children to run round and play. And after a day at the beach retire to the patio, the perfect setting for evening suppers, and a round up on the day's activities.






Surrounded by countryside and positioned down a quiet drive just off the Bantham beach road, this couldn't be a better spot for a holiday by the sea. Bantham beach, billed as South Devon's premier family and surfing beach, is shallow and sandy so great for families with little ones and the surfing academy offer coaching and tuition for any age - so there's no excuse not to have a go! For walkers you will find one of the most scenic estuary walks from Bantham along the Coast Path through Thurlestone Golf Course and village, where you can take in the breathtaking views across towards Bigbury and the famous Art Deco Hotel on Burgh Island.
