Reviews

    • “What a wonderful, welcoming cottage “Little Torside” is, the owners are very friendly and helpful, even jake our dog gets his own treats and basket. We can’t wait to return especially for the lovely cake on arrival! This is the best cottage we have stayed in in over 25 years of holidaying on Dartmoor, it is absolutely lovely.”

    Mrs Brett, Croydon, April 2018

    • “Friendly welcome, lots of extra comforts such as treats and towels for the dog and a Victoria sponge for us! Constant supply of tea bags and logs as well as wine and cordial in the fridge. Close to pub and church. Our best Sykes break!”

    Mrs Robinson, Reading, March 2018

    • “The owner was very welcoming & helpful. She went out of her way with lots of extras such as homemade cake and biscuits, a bottle of wine and even the log fire had been lit for our arrival. There was also a limitless supply of logs for the wood burner all at no extra costs. The cottage has been beautifully renovated and was very cosy & comfortable which together with all the extra touches made this somewhere we would recommend to anyone and would certainly stay again ourselves.”

    Mrs Wheeler, TRURO, March 2018
