The Property

A small, south-facing bungalow in the well kept ½ acre garden of the owners' Georgian house on the edge of the green (200 yards to pub) in Landscove. Own patio (furniture) and a part of the garden sheltered by apple trees (dog welcome in garden on lead).
Inside, very comfortable and homely. Small porch and hall. Living room (folding bed) with TV/DVD and French windows to garden. Kitchen/dining room (microwave, electric cooker). Utility room (washing machine, tumble drier, fridge-freezer). Double bedroom (5' bed) with window to garden. Shower-room (suite with step up to double shower tray). Useful store/loo for bicycles/waterproofs/boots. A quiet and delightful spot for walking, touring or just sitting and reading.

Landscove/Woolston Green: small village (good pub, excellent playground, tea rooms) round a green in lovely hilly, wooded, rich farmland, 2½ miles from Buckfastleigh, 4½ from Totnes (small town). Ashburton, 3 miles. The sea/sandy beaches at Torbay, 9 miles. The river Dart, 1½ miles; Dartmoor, about 4. Lots of footpaths locally. Golf, 7 miles.
