  • “The house was lovely, the linen and towels were lovely and fresh.”

Some of the cleaning in the kitchen was much to be desired. Especially when we your told that you couldn't get until 6pm due to a deeper clean being completed with regard to covid. When contacting Devon cottages I was told that it wasn't to able to check the cleaning on the properties. Due to a lack of cleaners and that themselves had to go and clean. The bin had black mould inside the rim of the lid. Everything taken out of the cupboards were marked. when wiping the floor it didn't look ...

When contacting Devon cottages I was told that it wasn't to able to check the cleaning on the properties. Due to a lack of cleaners and that themselves had to go and clean. The bin had black mould inside the rim of the lid. Everything taken out of the cupboards were marked. when wiping the floor it didn't look like it had been washed. Just frustrated with how the company dealt with the issue. The house and facilities were lovely. Garden and pool fantastic for all the family Plenty of space for everyone, and a lovely quiet location just outside of town. The wood and river walks was good. Local Inn served great food.
