Here you can board a traditional horse drawn barge and cruise tranquil waters amid pretty scenery.

The beautiful cathedral city of Exeter with its historic quay can be easily reached and has a mix of culture, historic buildings, quality restaurants and shops.

Further afield, the golden sandy beaches of South and East Devon and the wild open spaces of Dartmoor can all be reached in under an hour.
