The Property

On a private no-through road in Croyde, just 500 yards by footpath from the magnificent sandy beach and an easy stroll from the shops/pub, a smart, spacious and beautifully presented, detached seaside home. Big rooms, full of light with gleaming, fresh white decor, simple contemporary furnishings and the occasional splash of colour, make this a stylish yet relaxed place to stay. Indoor/outdoor living is easy with a wall of glass downstairs opening from an enormous kitchen/dining area to enclosed garden with long sundeck and lawn below (table/chairs, barbecue); upstairs, further ceiling-high glazed doors open to a decked balcony from the landing and two of the bedrooms, all with stunning long views over the garden to rolling countryside beyond.
Porch for coats/boots and 2 steps up to hall. Living room with smart TV/DVD/PVR and iPod dock. Extremely well-equipped kitchen/dining room (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, double oven/induction hob, smart TV) with glossy white units and central island, leather sofa and long, hand-crafted oak dining table alongside full-width folding glazed door to the deck, from which steps down to lawn, privately sheltered by tall hedges and high (lockable) gate to the beach path. Saunton (excellent golf), 2 miles. Coast Path to Baggy Point (birdwatching). Barnstaple (shops, theatre, restaurants), 10 miles.
