    “The kitchen appliances were substandard.”

The frying pans were scratched, full of rust, so not usable. The kitchen table was too small to use properly with a family of 3.

The frying pans were scratched, full of rust, so not usable. The kitchen table was too small to use properly with a family of 3. The view is unique and the biggest plus of the Boathouse. The outside terrace sets were great and we could eat outside in great comfort.

The Owners are delighted that you so enjoyed the view and the newly laid terrace and dining facilities. Your comments regarding the kitchen equipment are contrary to comments by other guest stating that the kitchen is well equipped. There are plenty of saucepans and frying pans. At the end of each season any damaged equipment is replaced.Thank you for taking the time to help us maintain excellent standards. Owner relations
