“Thank you for a lovely stay.”

Such a beautiful cottage and location. Was perfect for the occasion.

The property

On the edge of Drewsteignton, hidden from the lane and 400 yards from the good pub and village shop, a pretty and spacious, thatched cottage, one of three in an L-shaped terrace.

It has its own beautiful, high walled, enclosed lawned garden (loungers, table/chairs).

Door from garden into large, sunny well-equipped kitchen/dining room (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, freezer, larder fridge, electric oven/induction hob).

Arched doorway through to living room with electric stove and TV/DVD.

Two staircases (no interconnecting door upstairs): one from the living room up to two bedrooms - a double (TV) and a single and bathroom (suite); the other from the kitchen/dining room up to another double and a single and shower-room (suite).

A wonderfully peaceful place with woodland and riverside walks from the door. Drewsteignton: exceptionally pretty village (pub, PO/shop, restaurant, church) on a ridge a mile from the most spectacular part of the River Teign valley (wooded river-bank and heathland walks).

Marvellous scenery; fishing; extraordinary Castle Drogo (Nat.

Trust); Chagford, 3 miles; the open moor, 6; Exeter, 14.
