    “We much enjoyed our stay at Easton Cottage.”

    The cake and milk on arrival was much appreciated !The cottage was very clean and comfortable and very well equipped with good attention to detail. The bed was so comfortable and the linen great quality. The garden was pretty and private with a great seating area. It was a cosy cottage in a quiet area but with easy access to amenities in Chagford and onto Dartmoor.

The sitting room is a relaxing retreat, with sumptuous neutral furnishings, beautiful original beams and a roaring open fire.

Here you can unwind on one of the comfortable sofas whilst warming your toes in the winter months.

The kitchen/diner makes a lovely spot to spend your mornings; a stylish room where you can prepare a delicious breakfast for the group with the assistance of a range of quality appliances - ideal for enjoying your morning cup of coffee before heading out for the day.

Up the narrow stairs you'll find two beautiful bedrooms, each perfectly styled; a double bedroom, and accessed via this room, a super king room with with zip/link beds (can be twin on request), you'll have no trouble in catching up on your rest.

The bathroom adjoins bedroom one, offering a decadent freestanding bath tub where you can relax after a fun-filled day.

Spend time taking in your surroundings from the rear garden, where a lawned area with spring flowers and shrubs gives way to a sunny patio with seating area and chimnea.

Enjoy an alfresco meal as your canine companion lays at your feet.

A picturesque town at the northern point of Dartmoor National Park in Devon. Chagford, one of the five Stannary towns of Dartmoor, is small in size but is packed with amenities and things to do. There is a wide range of shops as well as four pubs. Chagford also has more active facilities such as public tennis court and a seasonal, open-air swimming pool to enjoy at your leisure. It is a town of great history, home to the Three Crowns Hotel which dates back to the 1200's. Chagford is well known for its culture, hosting film, literary and music festivals in the town as well as an annual running race, known as Two Hills Race. Just over 21 miles away is the bustling, beautiful city of Exeter for a different kind of break, definitely worth a visit. The charming, attractive town of Okehampton sits just 12 miles away.
