This really sweet shepherds hut in the owners farm field is set in a secluded and private location looking out over the valley and wildlife pond. Perfect for a romantic getaway, this retreat lies amidst serene countryside, with plenty of walking opportunities close by, a chance to truly escape into the wilderness of Moretonhampstead and beyond. All one level, the studio living area greets you upon arrival, a comfy cosy place to start your day and return home to after an eventful afternoon. A wooden floor sweeps over to a compact yet characterful kitchen, complete with a stove, belfast sink, and a granite counter-top for a sleek contemporary finish. The sage coloured units compliment the layout, and there is even a table and chairs included, well-appointed for the natural views which can be admired whilst sipping a warm cup of tea before the day begins. A double bed is tucked into the layout, so you can snuggle up at ease under the spotlights after a long afternoon, still enjoying the warm ambience from the wood burning stove and an additional electric heater. Lastly, a fashionable shower room is a great addition to Shepherds Hut. The centre of Moretonhampstead is a mere 10-minute walk away; the market town features a fine selection of amenities along with a motor museum and an art gallery, several good food pubs and an open air swimming pool. A plethora of idyllic walking and cycling is available from your doorstep, with the Dartmoor National Park abounding in paths, trails, tors and hills to explore.
