“Fabulous cottage apartment in a lovely area.”

Apartment had everything you needed to make your stay comfortable, was very well equipped. It was also very clean. Owner was very welcoming, even asked before we arrived if there was anything she could get for us ready for our arrival and helpful with information about the local area. We have stayed in lots of holiday cottages, but this has to be the best we have stayed in so far. It’s a beautiful area to visit with great walks along the coastal path and fantastic views along the way. ...

Absolutely everything you need for a few days away. We took our little dog over New Year. Amanda and Kevin were lovely hosts and very accommodating. Place was spotless with added Xmas decs and a lovely box of chocolates as a welcome. We will be back as this part of the UK is our favourite.

The little extra touches she has put into place are a loverly surprise, especially when you remember that some places don't even leave hand soap! If you are lucky with the weather the terrace offers a relaxing setting - we were not blessed with much sunshine ourselves. certainly deserves 5 stars.

Ideal base for exploring the many walks. Owners on hand when my tyre was flat - Thank you. Also forgot to pack my waterproof jacket so had a loan of one from Amanda. Would rent again if just for the lovely chocs left on arrival. Exceptionally clean, bright and airy, a nice chill time whilst there.

“The apartment was probably the best self catering we have stayed in.”

It had everything we needed and more- even though it only sleeps two, there was plenty of equipment. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and the owner left us some groceries and chocolates! The location is brilliant as there's an easy walk to Hope Cove and it takes about 15 mins to drive into Kingsbridge. There is even a view of the sea from the bedroom window! We will definitely go again!

“Your company plaques the life out of you with emails when you have already booked and paid for your holiday/cottage which is totally unnecessary.”

The cottage we hired was great and very clean and smart, the owner was polite and friendly, we would book again. A suggestion to the owner would be a light movement detector on the stairway at night, and a very silly thing turn the toilet roll holder round the other way as the roll keeps falling off when using.
