    • “We have just returned from another fabulous holiday at Puffin Cottage. Spotlessly clean, so well equipped, lovely comfortable beds, beautiful bed linen large kitchen/diner with everything you could possibly need. very comfortable lounge with modern furniture. Bathroom and shower fabulous! The garden is so peaceful. We were fortunate to be in Hawkchurch in the recent spell of hot weather. After a day out and about with our 2 little dogs, it was lovely to sit in the garden in the shade of the lovely trees. The owner Caroline goes out of her way to make your stay special from the delicious welcome tray to special towels for the dogs a doggy bowl and treats! cant recommend this property highly enough”

    Mr Hogwood, October 2018

    • “Really good clean well-appointed accommodation in a quiet location, with great outdoor space and surrounded by beautiful countryside and walks. Central village location so good for pub and community shop. Very cosy accommodation and well equipped in all areas.”

    Ms Rafferty, RAMSGATE, August 2018

    • “We loved the cottage and the location. It was very cosy and peaceful although it could do with a better cooker.”

    Mr Maxwell, Carlisle, May 2018

    • “This is our second visit & just like the first we enjoyed every moment. If you're looking for peace & quiet, a little wild life on your doorstep, a local pub full of friendly faces & good food only a short walk away, this is the place for you. The village shop has a good variety of stock, is open every day & is the place for friendly information. The owners of this cottage never interfered with our privacy even for a second, but it was good to know that a knock on their nearby door would provide us with any help if needed. As it happened everything was thought of, even a welcome tray. There were lots of interesting places to visit just a short drive away & a lovely log fire for the cooler evenings to come back to. We will certainly revisit Puffin Cottage.”

    Mrs Freed, BIRMINGHAM, March 2018
