    • “Great hosts and a very satisfying holiday. We would definitely use them for a holiday again, thanks!”

    Mr Prentice, Worsley, July 2018

    • “This is the best holiday accommodation of this type that we have ever stayed in. Margaret and Andy have thought about everything to make a stay at Fairmead perfect. We would be very hard pushed to think of any way that our stay could have been improved.”

    Mrs Dalley, Gloucester, June 2018

    • “Fairmead is lovely accommodation. Comfortable (especially the bed), beautifully clean and everything supplied that you might need - including a wonderful view from the front window. The owners are welcoming and helpful and there when needed but don't intrude. The village has a handy shop, pub and chippy and is not far from bigger towns and the surrounding area is beautiful.”

Ms Ferry, BISHOP AUCKLAND, May 2018

    • “As we are both keen walkers we only had to travel 300 yards for the cycle walk trail, the same distance for local bus service at the bottom of the road. Thoroughly enjoyed this experience at this property with all the surroundings.”

    Mr Hamblett, Thetford, May 2018

    • “Lovely, comfortable, clean accommodation with great view. Andy and Margaret live next door and gave us a lovely warm welcome. They said if we needed anything just to knock. They are very discreet and not at all intrusive. The standard of accommodation is very high and I would recommend staying here. Pub in village, the London Inn does very nice food, about 5-10minute walk.”

    Mrs Cornford, Shoreham-by-Sea, May 2018

    • “Lovely cottage owner left tea, coffee, milk & cake plus many more extras including dog biscuits for our dog. Very clean with lovely views across Dartmoor from the lounge .”

    Mrs Forder, Hook, March 2018

    • “The cottage was well equipped and clean. The owners very were friendly and helpful. We would certainly visit again, though it was very compact and bijou.”

Mrs Midgley, Isle Of Man, March 2018

    • “Quite small. but immaculately presented accommodation. And with a view to die for! Perfect for two.”

    Ball, Shoreham-by-Sea, February 2018

    • “Very welcoming owners, lovely location. One of the nicer cottages we've stayed in.”

    Mr James, Henfield, August 2017

    • “Excellent accomodation, friendly owners but not intrusive. Location is within a forty mile radius of Plymouth, Torquay, Brixham, Paignton, Newquay, Tavistock and Exeter we visited them all. I could not find anything negative to say.”

    Mr Ryan, Colne, August 2017
