Allensdown Barn is a charming, character holiday let nestled within the owner's grounds, next to 200-acre woodland, in Uplowman.

Surrounded by natural beauty and glorious wildlife, this traditional-style property is ideal for a family get-together, or a refreshing break with friends.

You have character features and bright décor to uplift your mood, along with your very own private garden outside and beautiful woodland walks from the back gate.

Entrance is gained through the hallway, which leads off into the spacious living areas.The sitting room offer a cosy feel, with two sofas and armchairs crowded around the coffee table.

Snuggle up with your loved ones in front of the fire and watch a spot of TV, or simply chat about your adventures so far, over a hot brew.

You can rustle up a home-cooked dinner in the well-appointed kitchen and gather around the dining table before unwinding into the evening.

The 4' double bedroom on the ground floor is perfect for a grandparent or child, boasting its own en-suite shower room.

Upstairs is where you will find the family bedrooms resting under the eaves, each beautifully finished with a double and single bed, served by a traditional bathroom.

You can enjoy the outdoor space with your very own lawned area which backs onto the woodland.

The kids can run around on the playing field or have a game of pool in the cider barn, whilst those long summer months will benefit the shared solar-heated pool.

The village pub is just under a couple of miles away and you have plenty more amenities in Sampford Peverell, 3 miles away, including walks along the canal.

Tiverton has more shops, cafés and restaurants, along with a magnificent castle.

A day trip can be enjoyed in the city of Exeter with a varied choice of attractions, or you could explore the Blackdown Hills AONB.
