The property

32 Marlborough Road is a charming Victorian terraced cottage, located on the main road that runs into the centre of Ilfracombe.

The property offers distant sea views and looks out onto the rolling green hills, as well as boasting a wonderful blend of original Victorian features as well as contemporary features, and is ideal for a family of five wanting to explore the picturesque North Devon coastline andstunning countryside of the Exmoor National Park.

Parking is available outside the property at weekends.

During the week, restrictions apply between 8-6 but free parking is available just up the road from the property.

Once parked up, head into the property and find stunning Victorian tiles on the floor in the hallway, leading to the cosy sitting room, which offers a charming fireplace with electric fire, a selection of books and games to be enjoyed, a picture bay window to look out onto the front of the property and a Smart TV you can enjoy a family film night on while snuggling up together on the sofas.

A short walk will bring you into the centre of Ilfracombe, where you'll discover an extensive selection of shops, pubs, restaurants, cafés and takeaways, as well as attractions such as the aquarium, museum, theatre, a host of stunning beaches and an idyllic harbour.

Catch a boat over to Lundy Island to see its unique range of flora and fauna, or simply enjoy some fishing or a wildlife cruise, walk the coastal path or for something more gentle, you can stroll around the promenade at Capstone Hill and for a slight change of scenery, explore the tranquil moorland hills and pretty river valleys of the nearby Exmoor National Park.

To the east of Ilfracombe, discover the unique villages of Lynton and Lynmouth , while to the west you will find Clovelly, Hartland, and the 3-mile stretch of golden sand at Woolacombe Bay.

Barnstaple is a short drive away, at the lowest crossing point of the River Taw, with numerous day out opportunities, including a golf course, trampoline park and museum.
