    • “The Linhay was a lovely little cottage, which was beautiful and cosy inside. It was just perfect for our short stay in Dartmoor - it had everything we needed! Will be looking to stay again in the future!”

    Mr Stevens, Derby, October 2018

    • “A very comfortable and cosy cottage in a lovely peaceful location.”

    Mr Johnson, HORNCHURCH, August 2018

    • “Ease of booking, communication with agents and friendly 'drop-in' of owner. Lovely 'off the beaten track' perspective. Only visitors were the birds, the cat from the nearby stables and dog walkers. Ideal home from home chill out venue.”

    Mrs Thorpe, Colchester, July 2018

    • “On contacting and choosing the number choice to answer my query prior to leaving for holiday, I was disappointed that the operator was not knowledgeable about the area I was going . Any questions previously have always been dealt with by a local person.”

    Mrs Barber, Worthing, June 2018

    • “Whilst the property is 5 star in every respect, we found driving the 5 miles or so through the Devon Lanes to get too and from it a stressful experience. Very few passing places and on one occasion I was forced to reverse a good 200 meters or more by a local.Local sport it appears getting the tourists to reverse. Holiday makers better behaved. Road Edges banked so high you are unable to see oncoming traffic. We will not be returning to this part again, which is a shame as it is very attractive.”

    Mr Thorpe, Daventry, May 2018

    • “Quiet, peaceful location ....nice walks from the cottage ...picturesque setting ..highly recommended”

    Mr Budden, Bournemouth, May 2018

    • “One of the best holidays we have had to date & we go away & visit a lot of nice places. Definitely the nicest & quietest location if you want to get away from the hustle & bustle this is the place for you. We came here for our 10th anniversary & was well worth it & will be back again soon. Well equipped property, amazing bedroom & bathroom downstairs plenty of room for us & the pugs. The pugs loved the garden & the ponds so nice they could just spuddle around as so quiet no cars. You must visit the Tinpickle & Rhum Café Brasserie at Haytor just up the road Dog friendly & great food. Highly Recommended 5 Stars”

    Mr Birnie, Yeovil, March 2018
