    It appears there is a shared access,it is the only way they can get things in and out of their back garden.This could be difficult when dogs and children are outside playing.There is no mention of this in the cottage details.Otherwise the cottage is really lovely,quiet and in a pretty village with plenty of places to visit in the area.The Dolphin pub along the road,an easy walk,is worth a mention.Hope to return for a future holiday.Thank you.

A very pretty comfortable cottage in a delightful village, welcoming at any time of year. Kingston: remarkably off-the-beaten-track little village (good pub, church) with lots of pretty houses, a mile from the River Erme’s beautiful wooded estuary and good sandy Wonwell beach (bodyboarding, paddle boarding, kayaking).

St Ann’s Chapel (PO/shop), 1 mile.

More fine sandy beaches and golf at Bigbury-on-Sea/Burgh Island, 4 miles; for shops, pretty Modbury, 3½ miles.
