Sleeps maximum of 6, including babies. A great family house within a few hundred yards of the pub.
Kingston: remarkably off-the-beaten-track little village (good pub, church) with lots of pretty houses, a mile from the River Erme’s beautiful wooded estuary and good sandy Wonwell beach (bodyboarding, paddle boarding, kayaking). St Ann’s Chapel (PO/shop), 1 mile. More fine sandy beaches and golf at Bigbury-on-Sea/Burgh Island, 4 miles; for shops, pretty Modbury, 3½ miles.
