    “We had the most relaxing, peaceful week in this beautiful barn conversion.”

    Good communication with Kim and Rob, easy access with key code, very clean and tidy. It was lovely and warm when we arrived as weather cold and wet! Home from home so comfortable, great enclosed garden perfect for our 2 poochies, fabulous views too. Lots of lovely walks found some good pubs locals very welcoming………perfect retreat thankyou…….. Donna, Terry, Benny and Bertie….

Long Linney is a fantastic barn conversion located on the outskirts of the small village of Littleham near Bideford, surrounded by stunning countryside and adjacent to a working sheep farm.

This beautiful, single-story property is great for family and guests alike, as it is located near the owner's home and enjoys a rural setting with flocks of sheep.

Outside, there are three parking places from which to pick, where you can take in the scenery before entering your vacation home.

Inside, you'll find a sophisticated kitchen with an electric oven and stove, a microwave, as well as a washer/dryer and dishwasher to take care of the cleaning.

The sitting area, with a toasty woodburning stove tucked into a feature fireplace, an exposed stone wall, and a Smart TV to enjoy a movie marathon, can be found as you move around the house.

When your stomachs start to grumble, head to the dining area, where you may sit down and have a meal together, and then stay for a board game.

On warm summer evenings, gather in the walled garden to dine al fresco and relax in the hot tub while watching the sky turn dark.

As the evening draws to a close, retreat to the warmth of the hotel and rest your head in one of two spacious single bedrooms or the super-king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom.

In the morning, prepare for the day in the modern bathroom or relax in the solitude of the en-suite shower room.

If you don't fancy cooking, dine at the one of the nearby Inns, The Thatched Inn at Abbotsham which accept dogs and serves traditional pub meals, or take a short journey into Bideford for a wider selection of eateries to choose from. Venture along the North Devon coastline, offering something for every guest from surfing to sunbathing, while walkers should take to the renowned South West Coast Path.
