    • “Overall the whole family had a very enjoyable time in particular the pool and gardens were a delight especially for the 4 grandchildren and we all took advantage of these features due to the good weather during the majority of our stay. Catering facilities were also good with plenty of equipment for both indoors and outdoors. There were a few minor matters which if attended to ( we left a small list in the suggestion book ) would make the experience even better.”

    Mr Guest, Sidmouth, July 2018

    • “The house looked amazing on the website, but in reality it is even more spectacular! Every bedroom has a sea view, the beds are comfy with lovely linen. The grounds are vast and hide numerous seating areas where you can enjoy the view of the sea or the garden. The kitchen is well equipped and the utility room boasts 2 freezers and an extra fridge allowing food storage for all 14 of us. The utility room also has a washing machine and tumble drier to freshen up the pool towels provided. The large living room seaated our whole party and had panoramic views of the sea. The swimming pool was really warm and maintained throughout the week. There was a trunk of games and puzzles and a bookshelf of books. The babies were also provided for with a baby monitor, cot and high chair. The separate garden room was modern and perfect for our teenagers to have their own space. I really can't think of any critisisms. I would highly recommend this property but be prepared for very narrow lanes in this area and a steep rocky climb/ decent to and from the beach.”

    Mr Heath, BROMLEY, July 2018

    • “We went to Ash Park to celebrate a 90th birthday for my Mum, family and friends came as and when they could. The pool was enjoyed by everyone and we had such beautiful weather. Although it is such a big house it seemed to wrap itself around us and was extreme;y welcoming. Everyone thought I was very clever to have found such a place and I have passed on details to lots of people. Thank you for making a special time more special. Look forward to coming again when I am 70!! Thank you to the owners, staff and Helpful Holidays. Best wishes Shirlewy”

    Mrs Reeves, SIDMOUTH, June 2018

    • “We have returned to Ash Park for our big annual family holiday for a number of years now and feel as if we are ‘coming home’. The property has everything you could need and more besides. It is a gorgeous house, very well appointed and there is always something new added/updated, to make the break more comfortable. We just love it and always hate leaving.”

    Mrs Bailey, BURTON-ON-TRENT, May 2018

    • “We have booked through Helpful Holidays for many years and had many good holidays but a price jump from £2100 this year to £3087 next year for the same house and a new policy of having to pay a third up front on booking (instead of a holding fee until the house is booked and then a more reasonable deposit than currently being requested) means that we will no longer automatically book through Helpful Holidays in future. There is no loyalty discount or recognition of clients loyal to this company for many years?”

    Mrs Woolf, HATFIELD, June 2018
