“Apartments 6 is a good property overall and it met our needs generally but a few small tweaks would make it better as follows: It's an apartment for 8 people and as such could benefit from a third sofa in the lounge to allow everyone to sit down; Add toilet roll holders on walls in both bathrooms and a toilet seat lid in the main bedroom ensuite, somewhere to hang towels (racks/hooks) in both bathrooms- it was difficult to get towels dry and by the end of the week they were pretty damp and fusty, hooks on back of doors etc or towel rails would help, the towel radiators in the bathrooms did not heat up so useless for drying towels and don't have space for more than one big towel really- both bathrooms are big and space for free standing towel racks; provide more information in the flat about stuff to do in the area and provide a good map of the area- maybe replace London map on lounge wall with a map of the area, also provide more details about the basics of the flat eg.”

WiFi code- we were left searching for it, clear instructions on the bin situation which is tricky - including navigating the disgusting bin area outside downstairs -provide the black bags which you say we needed to use, we had to buy our own, instructions for the oven would be helpful, a tumble drier would be useful especially for those of us spending days at the beach, perhaps provide another drying rack for washing as one was not enough again 8 people/two families make washing esp. if kids ...

WiFi code- we were left searching for it, clear instructions on the bin situation which is tricky - including navigating the disgusting bin area outside downstairs -provide the black bags which you say we needed to use, we had to buy our own, instructions for the oven would be helpful, a tumble drier would be useful especially for those of us spending days at the beach, perhaps provide another drying rack for washing as one was not enough again 8 people/two families make washing esp. if kids are involved or people are at the beach or doing water sports etc. More drawers are needed in the second double bedroom to allow for guests to unpack properly for the week, install a smart TV and instructions on how to work TV in guest folder; ensure remotes are working-both remotes had flat batteries. Finally, provide two full sets of keys. As a big group there are times when people want to do different things. Two full sets of keys would have prevented us having to rely on the key safe to ensure we could all get in at different times.. so these are simple small tweaks which would improve the standard and overall experience of the property. Apartment 6 overall is a good property- it worked well for us as two families of four but having stayed at another Sykes property this summer, the standard of apartment 6 by comparison was disappointing. Guests looking to book should also be aware of the steps leading up to the property door and the narrow curved stairs leading up to the door of the apartment itself. The tea/coffee/wine/biscuits on arrival we're good. Thank you for those.

Thank you for your feedback. We have passed all of your comments/suggestions on to the owner who will action each point raised. The property provides a key safe lock therefore it is advisable for the keys to be left in here when you go out, this will allow other guests to access the property at different times of the day. The batteries have been checked and new information leaflets will be provided. Property Owner
