Reviews

    • “Brilliant location, accommodation exactly as described Maintenance/ cleaning company was also excellent and really helpful”

    Dr Dickson, NOTTINGHAM, August 2018

    • “Nearly everything was very good except the showering facilities. The one over the bath was too hot to use and the cubicle for the other was absolutely tiny. Unusual not to have a dishwasher these days. Location and view superb.”

    Mr Palmer, Malvern, July 2018

    • “A higher rating would have been achieved if the shower in the main bedroom had worked properly. A sign warned of very hot water which there was, but it seemed as if no cold water was connected, so impossible to use ALL week. We had read about this in reviews when booking and expected it to be sorted by the time we arrived, as the price of renting this apartment was quite high. The shower in the other bedroom was tiny, if you were over 10 stone you wouldn’t be able to fit in it. The view from the apartment was lovely and facilities in the kitchen and the rest of the place were good.”

    Mrs Gilbertson, Weymouth, July 2018

    • “CAN WE BOOK IT FOR NEXT YEAR AS YOUR SERVICE IS THE BEST WE HAVE HAD OVER MANY YEARS OF HOLIDAYING AT SALCOMBE IT JUST NEEDS THE SHOWER FIXING IN THE BATH ROOM TO GET 100%. MANY THANKS TO YOUR TEAM.”

    Mrs Barrett, Southampton, May 2018

    • “Main shower not working properly no hot water. Was reported app hasnt been working for some time. We were not informed prior to our holiday. Also double bed very uncomfortable i actually now have backache.keysafe very difficult to use. ****Owner Response**** Thank you very much for your feedback, we’re sorry to hear there were a couple of things that weren’t right for you. The owners have advised us there is an existing problem with the shower over the main bath and this is why any mention of it is deliberately omitted from our description of the property. The advertised shower (en suite to the twin) is an electric one and is in good working order. The double bed mattress is still quite new and has a mattress topper, though we would agree that it is firm. The comfort of beds can of course be quite subjective, what is comfortable for one person may not be so for the next! We do hope that despite this you had a good time overall and we hope we’ll see you again soon!”

    Mrs Lessel, NEWENT, March 2018
