The Property

Situated on a charming residential street in Seaton, Devon, you will find Apple Tree Annex. Completed with a stylish interior design and housing up to five guests, this cottage makes for the perfect family break.
Upon entering the annex, you will be welcomed into an open-plan living area which poses a stylish kitchen design, an elegant living space and an area for dining. Throughout this space, skylight windows fill the room with natural light, making it bright and welcoming. The kitchen is completed with light walls, mood lighting, tiled flooring and underfloor heating, as well as including a fridge, electric oven and hob, microwave and washing machine. The living room houses a cosy leather sofa with a Smart TV for entertainment. The breakfast bar-style table splits the open-plan area and allows for a dining table accommodating for five people.
Found at the back of the property are the annex’s two bedrooms and bathroom. The master bedroom poses a king-size bedroom and a skylight window to allow natural light into the room. The second bedroom includes a 4’6 double with a single bunk over, allowing for three people.
The contemporary shower room includes a double walk-in shower, WC and basin.
Outside is a shared garden, which has a child’s play frame. Off road parking is also available. Luxury Hot tub, 5 seater available in back garden.
The nearest shop and pub can be located within a 5-minute walk, the town centre is within a 5-minute walk and the beach is approximately 7 minutes walk.

SEATON, DEVON Colyford: 1.6 miles; Branscombe: 4.1 miles; Exmouth: 21.1 miles Seaton is a seaside town in East Devon on the south coast. It faces onto Lyme Bay, to the west of the mouth of the River Axe with red cliffs to one side and white cliffs on the other. Axmouth and Beer are nearby. A sea wall provides access to the mostly shingle beach stretching for about a mile, and a small harbour. Seaton is on the stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site, and the town offers a good range of shops, friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs.
