The property

In the heart of Tavistock, on a quiet road moments from the centre, is The Wesley, one of five splendid apartments converted from a chapel.

The conversion has been completed to an excellent standard and this apartment is wonderfully light, hugely spacious and very comfortable.

Huge living/dining room with beautiful original stained glass windows, vaulted ceiling adding to the sense of space and light, TV/DVD, MP3 player and dining table seating 10.

Also on this level, two bedrooms - a double and one with two singles, both with original stained glass windows, and smart bathroom (suite, shower over bath).

Stairs (stairgate) from hall up to a huge mezzanine bedroom (fully glass-screened) with 5' double plus two single beds under the eaves and en suite shower-room (suite) with partly sloping ceiling.

Outside, and a bit of a trek up steep steps, is a small garden with great views over Tavistock towards Dartmoor.
