  • “The house was fabulous - well appointed and tastefully furnished.”

We lacked for nothing. The "glass walled" dining room was a real suntrap - most welcome on a windy October day and gave lovely views. The Games Room - pool, table football and table tennis was enjoyed by the children and their Dad!! There was ample off road car parking, a real bonus - we had 2 cars but you could have safely parked 4. Lovely views of the sea and town from the house - you are not overlooked and a safe walled garden for the grandchildren to play in. ...

There was ample off road car parking, a real bonus - we had 2 cars but you could have safely parked 4. Lovely views of the sea and town from the house - you are not overlooked and a safe walled garden for the grandchildren to play in. The location was perfect - a 5 minute walk to either the beach or the town, so you could abandon the car - marvellous. We, the grandparents went to a different pub everyday for lunch and had some super rides out, all within an hour's ride - Dartmoor, Bantham Bay, Dartmouth - some fabulous individual shops, Exmouth and Sidmouth. Teignmouth is a wonderful centre for exploring. So we would thoroughly recommend The Coach House and Sykes Holiday Cottages!
