“Couldn’t have wished for more - apart from the usual things that make a stay in a holiday property perfect - comfort, cleanliness and facilities - there was the wonderful added bonus of the estuary-facing decking area (and the lovely walk down the access path).”

Perfection! Also, the easy access to other locations - Sidmouth by bus, Topsham by train and beautiful Exmouth itself. It made our annual reunion (three retired ladies) very special.
