    • “It would be helpful if the garage and lack of parking even to unload was mentioned in the information about the flat.”

    Ms Pearce, Penrith, January 2019

    • “A lovely apartment close to the centre of Topsham with an amazing view. We all made straight for the window seat and could have spent hours there looking at the view of the river and the hills beyond, the boats and the beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed looking around the town and the events at the Matthews Hall (market day and a book fair) walking, the convenience of public transport and bird watching from the hide. We put the car in the garage and only used it once during the whole week.”

    Mr Tooby, BRISTOL, April 2018

    • “We have stayed in the same flat once before so felt quite at home when we returned. We love the area and hope to come again soon.We have found that Helpful Holidays lives up to its name being very helpful!”

    Mrs Dunnage, CHORLEY, April 2018

    • “I had been there before and so knew what to expect. It is a lovely flat and very central to the shops, the estuary, the bird watching hide, the Estuary cycle trail down to Exmouth, up to Exeter and round to Dawlish with very good road links and regular trains if you wish to travel further afield. A wonderful place for a quiet but busy holiday. With lots of places in Topsham itself to get coffee, meals and drinks.”

    Mrs Nicholls, BRISTOL, April 2018
