1¾ miles from East Allington along a no-through road, on a 300 acre sheep/beef farm, four well-thought-through cottages converted from handsome Victorian barns, with ample parking: two ‘upside-down’ semi-detached cottages (L65 and L66) and, across a courtyard, two more semi-detached cottages (L60 and L61). Open-ended games barn (table tennis, table football, swings, slide). Enclosed football pitch. Foot and bridlepaths from the farm to the beautiful wooded River Avon valley, so excellent walking country and a central location for coast and Dartmoor.Blackthorn Barn (arrow 2) is suitable for wheelchair users (please discuss your requirements with us before booking) with close parking, enclosed patio (table/chairs) and wide doorways.
