Reviews

    • “Upon arrival, we were contacted by the caretaker who informed us that the hot tub had been maintained later than usual that day and would not be warm enough to use on the Friday night. I followed the instructions given by the caretaker (only use massage button on control pad and add 1 cap full of sanitiser every evening after use). Saturday morning the hot tub was cold and the temperature was still 19 degrees Celsius. The water had a mouldy odour and was a murky green/brown colour. The inner seating area was slimey to the touch and photographs can be provided. We had problems with the hot tub on our last visit and I had hoped that these had been resolved but on perusing the guest book at The Studio, another customer had recently experienced the same issues. We were unable to use the hot tub for 2 days of our stay and this facility was the sole reason for our return to the property. Very disappointing and reflects badly on Helpful Holidays.”

    • “The house was great, really warm and comfortable and well equipped. Upottery is a good place for visiting Devonshire coasts and countryside.”
