    • “The cottage was extremely comfortable and inviting and I would rate it highly on the cosy scale. At the same time a sense of space. Some cottages have a cramped feel but this had a spacious entrance way, cloakroom cupboard, wide landing and three bathrooms. Very private setting. Attractive sofas in front of the log burner and relaxing colour scheme. Excellent TV reception and very well equipped including Ted the dog who brought us a stick each morning. We normally have two cottage breaks per year and this one rates highly not just for the cottage but proximity to the beautiful coastline. Hartland peninsula was entirely unknown to me but what a beautiful wild, unspoilt landscape and cliff top walks.”

    Mr Lightbody, Batley, October 2018

    • “The cottage is in a remote, rural position which makes it peaceful and undisturbed while near the village of Woolsery where there is a useful shop/pub (refurbished soon)/ fish and chips. It is a 20 mins drive to coast. Good beaches nearby and rugged coastline to explore. The house has everything you need and is very comfortable. The owners are on hand if you need anything but the attention to detail was much appreciated.”

    Mrs Watkins, Stamford, July 2018

    • “We had a wonderful sunny week exploring the Hartland peninsula and walking parts of the spectacular South West coastal path. The cottage was spacious, very comfortable and well equipped. The owners (living next door) were very welcoming and we had a great holiday. Thoroughly recommended.”

    Mrs Webster, YORK, July 2018

    • “Lovely cottage well kept and spotlessly clean everything met our needs oerfectly, had a small issue with no hot water, which was attended to same day by boiler engineer, ( could happen to anybody) overall very satisfied with everything”

    Mr Harding, ROSS-ON-WYE, June 2018

    • “best cottage we have had ever and super nice owners very friendly and helpful”

    Mr Hargreaves, June 2018
