“This was our second visit to Prides Cottage and we loved it even more then the first time (if that's even possible).”

The cottage itself is so comfortable and very homely. We felt instantly relaxed as soon as we walked through the front door. It has all the facilities you could need and more. The log burner is great for colder evenings. The location is perfect for exploring Dorset and there are lots of good places visit if you have a dog; Badbury Rings & Delph Woods, to name a few. Kate also provides extra towels for dogs, which come in very handy during wet weather. There's an outside tap in the garden which is good for cleaning off muddy boots. The garden itself is beautiful and it's nice to sit in the summer house listening to the birds sing, very relaxing. The village shop provides all your essentials and there are several supermarkets just a short car journey away. The Bakers Arms serves great food and the owners are very friendly. The fish & chip van that visits the village on a Thursday evening is a must. We are looking forward to returning again next year. Thanks Kate & Richard!
